Become a Steward of the Sanctuary
Tube Gospel City is building a care-compatible environment for every season. Join a 90-day Stewardship Cycle to help stabilize the sanctuary: device reliability, content mapping, and language tone.
Device QA Steward
Protect the sanctuary from friction. Stress-test layouts, buttons, and “Tired Days” on Safari/Chrome/Firefox across phones and low-end devices.
- Find layout breaks and overflow
- Verify navigation paths never dead-end
- Confirm interactions work without inline scripts
Care-Compatibility Curator
Map the library to capacity. Help tag audio, video, and writings for the Big Five and for Hushed / Steady / Rising.
- Apply clean metadata + consistency checks
- Protect the “Right Room” by re-tagging
- Support subscription value via quality mapping
Translation & Tone Steward
Keep the tone gentle in every language. Review FR / DE / ES / AR so the sanctuary voice stays human and dignified.
- Tone-check key pages (About, Join, Writings)
- Catch “robotic” or harsh phrasing
- Enable global launch readiness
90-day cycle
Each lane runs in a finite 90-day cycle. This creates focus and credibility: a defined term, a clear output, and a clean handover.
- Time commitment: flexible, small consistent sessions
- Outputs: QA notes, tags, tone fixes, or checklists
- Close: handover summary + next-step suggestion
Zero-access boundary
All stewardship happens inside a controlled workflow. Contributors do not access private family data, child profiles, user logs, or production credentials.
- No access to child profiles / family spaces
- No access to private care circles or user histories
- Work is environment stability + content mapping only
Fewer support issues
Stable pages on old devices reduce “it doesn’t work” drop-off and protects trust during high-stress moments.
Higher subscription value
Clean mapping makes the premium layer feel precise: the right content in the right state without drift.
Global readiness
Better language tone expands reach across regions and improves institutional confidence during reviews.
Is this paid work?
No. These are non-paid 90-day stewardship cycles. The goal is stability, dignity, and readiness.
Do stewards access private data?
No. The boundary is strict: zero access to child profiles, family logs, care circles, or credentials.
Can I do more than one lane?
Yes — but start with one lane first. After 2 weeks, you can add a second lane if capacity allows.
How long does applying take?
Under 2 minutes. We provide a ready message you can send, copy, and submit directly.
